Week 36 PBID Question

We all get bumps and bruises and cuts and scrapes (especially in the summertime), and this guy knows exactly what to do to make them feel better. Band-Aids! He even has a box with thirty-five extras just in case he might need 'em.

May we all be as prepared as him and always have the bandages we need for each and every boo-boo that comes our way.

According to this boy, where does he have four Band-Aids?

Week 35 PBID Question

This officer feels that safety is very important. In fact, safety is so important that he visits schools to teach about safety and keeps important safety tips stuck to his bulletin board. Not only that, he gets some of his safety tips from his own experiences, like Safety Tip #77: NEVER stand on a SWIVEL CHAIR.

This officer has over 100 safety tips, but this week's PBID question only wants to know 2 of them.

What are safety tips #34 and #101?

Week 34 PBID Question

There have been a number of PBID questions this year that have come from Caldecott Medal winning books. Each year the Caldecott Medal is given to the best picture book for children. There are usually several Caldecott Honor books (sort of like runners-up) awarded each year as well.

The author/illustrator of this picture book has won a combined SIX Caldecott Medal and Honor awards. SIX! (And yes, this picture is from one of them.) There are only two authors who have won more. That's pretty impressive.

When did this happen?
(What time? What day of the week?)

Week 33 PBID Question

Welcome to May! (And I can't believe it's May already!) Is it just me, or does it seem like this school year has just raced by? Well, the school year might be racing by, but we aren't going as fast as the racer in this week's picture. Look at the expression on her face! She is one determined racer, like it's the last lap and She. Wants. To. WIN!

In a car race, all of the cars usually have numbers. In the book featuring this royal race car driver, who drives the cars with the following numbers? Numbers 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 30, and 31-37
